Day One...

So...instead of my normal glass of wine with dinner...I swapped it for a drink of GreenFix Organic Smoothie, a company based in San Diego! It was featured at the Mercato in Little Italy, so my bestie and I picked up a 32 oz this Saturday, yum...delish! It is packed with all the nutritional benefits of dark leafy greens (that I frankly don't eat enough of)...and to tell you the truth it really is yummy, there is a hint of apple juice and bananas to balance the veggie taste and to give it that kick of sweet! Ok so....

.....a couple days ago the girls at Envy Sportswear went on a diet! We started hitting the gym more, the track, the pavement, the pilates room, the yoga studio whatever it takes... and also changed the way we ate! With the cute clothes we have in the store right now I am more motivated than ever to work out! My must have item in the store are these adorable OMgirl pants that have a wide fold-over top, they are comfortable and extremely flattering (we have them in grey, brown and black)...Even after a few days of starting our new "lifestyle change", we are already starting to feel ALOT better :) YAY!  We are taking you along for the ride starting Monday, so get ready for some great advice and tips on losing those extra 10 lbs!
