Hi Hi...Um, excuse me but is it really 100 degrees in San Diego right now!!!!???? YA it is! Absolutely crazy!! But good news, I have a great tip for you today! I have done it tons of times at my pilates reformer class but actually MASTERED it yesterday..pretty groovy. The stretch is called short spine stretch...it is super hard to explain in writing so I have attached a youtube video you must check out...this stretch will increase your strength and flexibility and you can do it at home also without the reformer as a great back and hamstring stretch. Remember that when you come back down and your legs are lowering to let each vertebrae in your spine hit the reformer one at a time...ENJOY!
