Day 3...
I woke up feeling refreshed, another day without any vino at dinner, man that makes a BIG difference :) I went on a 5 mile walk with my dog and bestie and I enjoyed a relaxing pilates class last night after work, just as relaxing as a glass of wine and so much better for you! I worked on ordering some AMAZING new fall pieces that should be arriving in October/November! YAY! My tip of the day is to eat all of my carbies at lunch and none for dinner, it helps shed some lbs. around the tum tum. Salad with chicken on it for dinner sounds delish! XO

Good for you. Vino is full of sugar. Bread is also a demon and then there is cheese!!
